    there is no account issue with that swtor account, if you want to see the linked ea account email , if you go to myswtor and click on the view transaction history , the email will be on the top right of that page 

    Support suggest try a different payment , otherwise link the swtor account to steam and purchase via steam

is flagged with swtor support , response will be in about 5 - 6 hrs when support are online for the day

    Thank you, it does seem to have worked through using paypal instead of the card directly even though the card is the same.
