BW may spend weeks or longer gather information from reports that players submit to them regarding credit farmers. Unfortunately it's not as simple as it may seem as a lot of them tend to create an account, send the spam email or message in chat then log off and into another account.
You may not see things happen right away however BW is taking action to remove these credit rings. They have done it in the past as seen here:

As noted they do not ban one account at a time but rather gather information and data on activity to take down the entire credit ring all at once. This may take time depending on how sophisticated they are trying to hide themselves. Unfortunately no MMO is immune to this however they are doing what they can to prevent this from happening as much as possible.
I agree in what you may say, but most of the bots/credit farmer have gibberish names in the first place. which in turn is a violation of the name policy. these credit farmer/bots are not as clever as you think I have characters that I just go and look for them. I find them send a report including location and some times it take time to get to my report. I want to help you guys remove this problem. I would like some in put that would help you at EA to make it smooth so you know how I can help you battles this problem.
