Whenever I launch the game, I get a loading screen and nothing happens
I've tried using both the steam version and the version direct from the site. Either one just becomes the loading screen and never loads the actual game. I can't figure out what causes this and have ...
try pressing the Alt + Enters keys on the loading screen , otherwise edit the client_setting file mentioned in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/Guide-Game-failing-to-launch-on-Clicking-Play/m-p/4809830/highlight/true#M70795
Edit: just to clarify do you mean on the launcher or does the game launch and its the initial loading screen of the game
