In the game folder is a log folder can you attach the latest dated launcher log

I might be looking in the wrong area but in the game file, there are two files that say diag with an assortment of numbers, but they are unsupported files, using the launcherdiag program inside, it gives me the same two tgz files.

You can find your launcherlogs in your SWTOR installation folder in "logs".
("C:\Program Files (x86)\electronic arts\bioware\star wars - the old republic")

Easiest way to find the log folder is right mouse click on the game shortcut and select open file location
to be clear, your saying even a ping is timing out in which case it would indicate a local network issue.
If your system is currently connected wireless try a wired Ethernet connection direct to the modem and see if this persists
If you grab www.pingplotter.com and set it to graph to say www.google.com.au after a few minutes of running the download stop the graphing , that graph can be saved as an image in pingplotter and inserted here into a post.

Ok your C drive is totally full , this is likely the cause of your issues given windows usually also uses a cache file on C drive
Drive: C: Free Space: 0.0 GB Total Space: 120.8 GB File System: NTFS
- 7 years agoEven though i downloaded it to my D:drive? Because my terabyte is on the D drive.
