Why is my launcher for swtor not able to download the game?

I have tried downloading the game several times. Each time it acts as if it remembers where it left off, resuming at 10.73% and then going along at 2.00mbps until it hits 10.8% and then it will jump ...

    Ok your C drive is totally full , this is likely the cause of your issues given windows usually also uses a cache file on C drive

 Free Space: 0.0 GB
Total Space: 120.8 GB
File System: NTFS

Also, apparently after looking, for some reason ive only downloaded it from the site once so far, but there are two different launchers! One in D drive, and one in C drive. Not entirely sure why, but i guess i was clicking on the c drive one and the d drive one was not appearing on my shortcuts until literally just now.

still not sure why it is jumping to 4k mbps but all that matters is it is working!

      Well, yes but its different. Unlike the C drive one where the logs and such are stored, the D drive has its launcher, launcher diag and most of the stuff, except all data is sent to C drive. And there is no pathway either for D drive, i opened the drive and it immediately says swtor, i go in and see the launchers

        So if you go to D drive and double click the launcher.exe in there it is working and saving data on D drive ?
