won't let me accept terms of use

I just reinstalled after time away. The launcher installed without any obvious issues.I start the launcher it lets me accept the Eula but will not light up the "Accept" button for Terms of use???

@plutojim I believe there are two check boxes. One is the Terms of Service and another for EuLA. They are just hard to see since they are a black boxes on a black background but there should be two, one next to each sentence.

Thank you. I see the buttons but only the EULA lights up so I can accept. The Terms of Use button stays unlit.
