WTF Is this support??? Character Transfer missing??

WWTFF am I supposed to do?? It says to make a ticket in game.. but then it says SUBSCRIBE?? WTFF?? Then the Advisor on the phone said to email [edit: email address removed]?? 2 weeks later no re...

might be best to email mailto:support@swtor.com again as 2 weeks no response is not normal, should be usually 1 -2 days although the holidays may delay this at present

    Not sure maybe try sending from a different email just be sure to include the swtor account displayname  as support are actioning tickets from the 27th at present
