Game isn't launching with latest Nvidia drivers

I downloaded the GeForce Game Ready Driver version 616.56, and when I try to start the game, Steam says that the game is running, but the game doesn't start and remains on the desktop. The only way I could get the game to run was to roll the drivers back to version 610.88.
