Issue with Translucent Crystalline Astromech Heads (pre-order bonus)

Is anyone else having the same issue with the Star Wars Zero Company pre-order bonus, specifically the Translucent Astromech Heads?

When I start the game and go to the Character Database and create an Astromech, I can see the Translucent Astromech Heads and select them.

However, when I start the campaign and want to customize my Astromech, the Translucent Astromech Heads aren’t available there. The same thing happens when I recruit a completely new Astromech.

What’s even stranger is that if I return to the main menu without restarting the game and then immediately go back into the Character Database, the Translucent Astromech Heads are no longer available there either.

After restarting the game, if I open the Character Database directly, they are available again.

If I’m not mistaken, EA has also updated the page explaining where to find the pre-order bonus today. It now explicitly mentions that the Translucent Astromech Heads can be found in the Character Database. However, the article doesn’t mention how to access or use them in the campaign.

The whole thing seems a little strange to me. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?
