Lost All New Game + Unlocks

Hello,

I’m seeking help recovering my New Game + cosmetic unlocks for STAR WARS Zero Company on Xbox Series X.  I have completed the game and tried to start a third playthrough.  I have lost access to all the campaign unlocks for custom characters, both in game and in the character databank from the Main Menu.  I have also lost the ability to recruit Clone operators upon starting a new game, as well as the additional species for character creation.

I have 40+ hours invested in this game already and it feels as though I just wasted all that time, since my progress has been lost and the game is playing as if I just started it for the first time.  I still have the achievements on my gamertag account showing I completed the campaign.  Is there any way to recover this locked content for my account?

…Without grinding away another 30+ hours to re-complete the game, only to risk the same issue reoccurring?  I have updated to the latest patch and already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
