It's still too early to tell, but a 25% speed bonus seems unreasonably high. Good luck outspeeding Rey without those, since Rey will certainly have them! Good thing they're in shipments so that whales can get them asap without having to bother with RNG on drops.

Sorry, still bitter... Lot's a nice changes in this update! Still not convinced on mods, but still need time.
