The drop rates are ridiculous and that 33% drop rate ppl talk about all the time is huge BS!!! it takes way to long to farm and mod and aquire gears and ability mats for just 1 toon nevermind 5, generally by the time you are able to build up a squad to participate in a legendary event that toon and the 5 toons that lt took to get that elite character are all pretty much obsolete cuz they've introduced a new meta toon and squad!!
