Do you know if the 1000 era token will decrease value too?
I think it was already not worthy because of how hard it is to grind G12 gear, and 5000 for a R5 was a way better deal.
Now, with R5 tokens costing down to 3500, the G12 seems even worse for 1000.
They should lower it to... 500?
Or change it to G13 or R1??

I like those 1k LSTs for pilots that you wouldn't usually want to invest gear. Bodey or the counselling Jedi, for example. I think they're pretty good value.
My main concern with them, is that eventually I probably will feel the need to put a 'better' LST on them; making the initial one kind of pointless.
OP is not contradicting themselves, because they clearly mean gear for going from G12 to G13. 1k tokens give you a naked G12. 5k tokens (reduced to 3.5k soon) give you a Relic 5, skipping the gear grind OP was referring to.

"G12 gear" is gear for going from G12 for G13. Say "G12 gear" in a random SWGOH Discord and people will understand what that means.

the G12 gear I said it's hard to grind is not included in the G12 token. I mean, it gets you to G12, but with 6 empty slots. Those are the hard ones to get.
As you end up realizing, you'll eventually have to spend another token on them, or at least suffer the G12 grinding part...

Yeah, I get you now. I didn't actually realise that they were decreasing the price of Chromium? LSTs to 3500. So, yeah maybe you have a point. However, halving the price is probably a little too much.

Hmmmm, yes good point. Especially as you decrease the price of the Relic 5 LSTs. I think on the whole, we're using the currency much less for making Relic 10s than was expected. So, it does look like we'll be using the currency mostly on these Relic 5 LSTs...when needed.
Apart from using the odd 1000 token LST for pilots, I've been saving the currency mainly for requirements in the future.
Maybe 500 is too low, but it shouldn't be more than 700, I think.
The cheaper token should not be used outside of unque situations Possibly pilots early game Jedi cal unlocks since they only require g12.
