1. Raids need to reward those who don't attack. It may work fine for a T6 over a day or two, but we are forced to wait for hours until all 50 people get a swing in for our heroic raids. Make Ben's leader apply to ONLY Jedi, and Dooku to apply to ONLY sith, and so on. This would be a mild change, but would have an immediate impact. Leader abilities that affect the whole team in this manner are simply too powerful to choose anyone else. FIX IT.

I agree with both of these. Unless your guild is small and you can actually contribute there isn't a point to wasting your time with the raids. And I think Phasmas leader ability should only work with FO toons as well. Make synergy important and people will be happy. They actually didn't waste their time making their favorite toons good for them to be awful competitively.

Yes! There should be no blanket leader ability. Period. That's how you end up with these insane meta's with absolutely no synergy. Synergy needs to be the second most looked at issue for next major update, next to potency. Either have synergy bonuses, specific leader abilities, or those with blanket leader abilities, make them minimal.

FIX IT.This is a FANTASTIC idea. I think I mentioned somewhere else that synergy should be the next meta. Also, with so many anti Jedi toons out there, they need to introduce a Jedi that's anti Sith. I'm on the fence with Phasma and her lead. The Sith and Jedi are relatively easy farms. First Order, not so much per se.

Wait, isn't there only 4 First Order toons?

This is a FANTASTIC idea. I think I mentioned somewhere else that synergy should be the next meta.

I hate "nerf this" posts, but this proposal makes sense. But after applying the leadership only on this toon's class: Dooku for Sith, Ben for Jedi; they need to increase % effect. It'll offset obvious nerf

Also, as far as the leader abilities go, there should be a buff if you run ALL Jedi or ALL Sith.

Well I would be happy with Light Side and Dark Side myself, this alone would make it better, so Ben LS and Dooku DS.
