I agree with both of these. Unless your guild is small and you can actually contribute there isn't a point to wasting your time with the raids. And I think Phasmas leader ability should only work with FO toons as well. Make synergy important and people will be happy. They actually didn't waste their time making their favorite toons good for them to be awful competitively.
