I'm happy that the plp who spent a hundreds to a thousand to get Chs to 7* received compensation for their efforts. Some plp have no idea what how much it costs to 7* a character from the 1299 packs when you pull 5 7 and 12 shards 98% of the time. C'mon let the guys who stepped up to 7* Chs get rewarded for there efforts without feeling like they have to hide it as not to ruffle feathers!

Should then be the same for those who went on Ewoks or Fulcrum, or ?
Mean, I don't care, lucky them, but if you get a refund for a character that IS needed 7* later like in phase 6 or 7, what's the point ? But CHS is more than probably not the reason

Well I guess I asked for this lol should of shut my mouth! Anyway no this is situation specific. We as a swgoh community were lead to believe it was going to be 5* requirements from the YouTube videos posted from pre launch of TB's. At launch every one dropped one in there pants and said not fair. Some plp sucked it up and bought em under the assumption that he was needed 7*. They changed it to 5* and then had an out cry again. So for the plp that 7* chs and didn't get compensated should be putting in a ticket with proof of spending during the dates specified to receive there crystals.
First time I ever remember in the history of the game has anything ever happend like this! Anyone who bought packs to max out marque toons did so on their own free will. They didn't do it off changing star requirements.

Now all that said I have spent lots and lots and would loves free crystals. Especially since my currency cost with exchange rate and taxes 160 dollars per vault my money.
