The 210 cap is still there. Some guys will get the message if they raid over that...or should. But some guilds couldn't finish one of their heroic rancors...so everyone received 150k tickets..so it's posssible to raid an extra time...and youll have your rewards on a cool down....
...I think....I personally haven't seen it...but have noticed some guys on the forum have hit the wall.
