210k tickets and rewards

Dear devs,

Can you please explain exactly how the raid tickets work, and in which cases someone gets a raid suspension?

It can't be weekly
And it is inconsistent

Last week (starting raids on Monday)
I did 3 Tanks and 4 Rancors, then the system told me to wait until Monday for next raids/rewards

This week I did 2 Rancors and 2 Tanks and should wait until Monday to be able to get more rewards.

I don't want to get more rewards than allowed, I just want to know exactly how this system works.
