The point he made at the beginning of the video was that this is very important to those guilds that are still getting over the hump of HSTR. Some people use RJT to complete P1, use some to complete P2 with other P2 teams, then use a few more solid resistance teams to complete P3 and sink everything into P4. Very easy for a guild to get everyone to farm resistance and have them be used all over the place in the raid so that they can start completing HSTR.
For those who have it on farm, we've clearly already got massive damage teams for many different phases, but this is a video to help those who don't have as many teams farmed but still want to help the guild.
