25% Off In-App purchases?

This advertisement lists SWGOH as having 25% off in-app purchases from 12/14 - 12/21, but I'm not seeing any information on that in the game. Can we have some clarification on this, if it's only for s...

First they don't communicate with us for like a week. Then they change the text on starwars.com from '25 % discount' to '25 % added value' and now this - they claim that we have gotten more credits from existing packs although the crystals have stayed the same since launch. This has to be one of the worst way to treat your customers I have ever witnessed. Epic PR and customer service fail.
