It sucks that you can't access your other account but i really have no sympathy for cheaters,
I'll have someone look at your alt account however but for more information on what specific violation that caused the ban

I checked GAC history and the dates match when I stopped playing (I don't know the EXACT day that I stopped logging in, but it's around that time), I missed the first round on the 20th of Dec because as I said, I just couldn't keep up with swapping between accounts every day with work and Christmas happening, and by 3rd of Jan I didn't even sign up for GAC as I wasn't playing, then from the next GAC onwards someone is on my account.
GAC isn't the only game mode in this game
