3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

I am farming 4 hard node chars, so for me I have at least 2 refreshes of normal.

Cantina I need mods and Cantina chars so normally get all of those.

I'll get through fleet over the next few days and see if there is anything I need from there.

It depends on what you are farming but overall I'd say Cantina most important
