3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

I do one cantina refresh and it depends what I'm after for normal energy. I usually do as many as it takes for gear.

I can make every free refill usually so I don't have to blow through too many refreshes.

Ships I won't bother with unless there's super duper stuff later on that's a pain to farm. Gear drop rate does seem a little better but that'll need some extensive testing.
