3 energy's, which is most valuable to refresh?

Normal- Gear, character shards Cantina- Character/ship shards, mats, cantina shop currency Ship- Character/ship Shards, reinforcement mats, (Zetas)? So if you could only pick between 2 out of 3...

But what do you refresh after cantina? Is the new ship energy better than normal energy?

Depends on your income and your goals.

I always do 2-3 cantina, and then maybe 50s depending on the days guild event. Ship will be a low priority for me after I get them all unlocked
