Why is 501st Echo name CT-21-0408-echo when it is actually CT-1409-Echo it needs to be changed

The 4 digit is his birth number.
The 6 digit is his cadet training number. He is one of the few where we know both.
If they ever release Droidbait they could use his 6 digit.
