So, the spreading of Doubt from Malgus’s unique will not count toward the feat. At least it didn’t in the sector 3 battle I just did. So to get this feat, we will have to use this one ability on this ...

How so? Aphra's doubt is an AoE - you should get 5 per battle. I've run 6 battles with her and got 31/60 - and one of those was from Malgus.
