It won't happen. They won't fix the credit problem because for them it isn't a problem. They want to restrict your growth and make you spend crystals on credits.
Changing this would be changing the economy of their game and would definitely hurt crystal sales.

The level 80 reward when I first saw the idea brought up was replied to on reddit with 'blah blah blah we're looking into something for that'. And now we get Omega mats every day at level 80.
