7* Thrawn - using chopper instead of Sabine?
Hello everyone, can anyone tell me if chopper can be used instead of Sabine to beat 7th tier of Thrawn event?

Hera's the only leader in the team. With her leader, the team share buffs from their uniques. Also there's the turn meter gain from her leader that's helpful.
