A Conquest Query List (or more of preparation questions)

(Since this is quite long, my questions are put in bold for TLDR.)

Building off what I had from last Conquest, I simply had the last sector to complete, then my Easy mode suffering would be over and I can get Trench shards.

Except I still have the last sector to complete. Last run of Conquest I had only 2 squads that were suitable enough to be used. I have 5 now, with one I'm "hyper-training" to appropriate levels. Unfortunately, RNG decided to screw me over (0 Death Trooper shards from a whole day of simming yesterday), which begs me to my first question:

How can I improve gearing? I've been spending 150 Crystals a day on Energy refreshes so I can get the gear I need, to the detriment of characters I've been farming for. How can I improve the efficiency of my farming? Shipments sometimes has the Gear I need, but not always.

Sector 5 has squads at level 80, but my characters can't really get here for one reason: Credits. What can I do to maximize Credit gains without spending Crystals? The fact that every Resource Event other than Credit Heist is scheduled in the following week is slightly infuriating.

Taking a look at the boss for Sector 5, is Bossk lead with Embo, Boba Fett, Jango Fett, and Mando good for this? Cad Bane would be nice, but Stun immunity would be annoying. Taking out Third Sister with Disintegrate is what I'm aiming for, though that could be throttled easily.

Otherwise, what else should I keep in mind or aim for to finish Easy Mode?

    GG, B1, B2, Magna & Nute work great if you have them ready.

    I'm assuming you're a low gp account since your doing easy mode. I'll try answer your questions the best I can.

    1. No way other then to continue getting gear. Idk how well your focus is but try to gear 1 squad at a time. Get them to the benchmark you want then move one. G12-R5 is decent benchmark for low gp accounts.

    2. Don't level up every toon you get off the bat. 1 toon cost about 6m credits to level from 1-85 not including gear and modding.

    3. Bossk lead BH can work but it maybe dicey. Getting contract and mando to disintegrate GI or Ninth sister to reach GI. Third sister will revive after the first shot.

    4. Keep chugging along untill you can move up to normal mode. The rewards in normal are much better. Remember this. The last crate of easy is pretty the same as first box in normal. The rewards only get better

    Wait so Hatred's revive can't be prevented?

    I honestly don't remember. Sion is the only one with hatred and been awhile since I saw him getting insta killed with hatred on. Maybe someone else can clarify that for me.

    Would replacing Embo with Greef Karga with Zeta on Sweeten The Deal be good? Can't really get rid of taunt as easily since dispel is on a 6-cooldown Special now, but I think it would be easier to get rid of the mass debuffs.

    More credits: early game you can turn your mod entry into credits. You don't have the resources to upgrade mods all the way from grey so just sell every grey mod you get. There might be a few primaries you want to hold on to. Could possibly sell greens too (that don't start with a speed), depending where you are at. Once credits aren't a problem anymore, you can revisit this.

    I've already batch-sold some mods. Unfortunately, most of them are blue mods with 5 dots.
