stun cuffs and stun guns need to be moved into challenges. Just Too annoying to farm.

I currently have 15 characters that need Cuffs.
While I understand scarcity, pacing etc blah blah blah. The way they are doing it is just lazy.
They should just remove the easy/not used gear then and just add more stats to the few pieces of gear they are using to "gate" progress.
