I slightly disagree. The communication has gotten better. I mean what is it that you want? Territory battles , all things needed for all Lukes, every plan they intend to do? We all do.
Every event for legendary characters and now CLS all include the same posts from posters. Imagine if r2 event was not brought back? Kozi has also said that there is a plan to help farm the toons needed for CLS. Which we will probably get starting next week. I agree that communication can be worked on but that is a two way street. Ideally I would I would love for devs and mods to use the dedicated fan base we have on these forums to bounce ideas on.
The hints were there. And it's ok not to be ready. The best rule of thumb I can give anyone. If you're not ready for an event at a certain time, finish those needed toons asap. So you are ready when it returns.
Also a lot of these toons needed for big toon events over lap. Look at phx they get you palp and thrawn. Palp and thrawn are 2/5 toons needed for r2. Kanan, Ezra, and now Old ben are rebel and Jedi.
Again I am an eternal optimist - I am in the belief that this august will be taken back, and I'll be more than happy to have that happen.
I will be ready for Luke, that's not the problem, the hints, are just getting old. I have Palp, I have thrawn, I just don't understand why they have to be so cryptic about everything. Also there's probably a ton of players not frequenting the forums who have no clue what to expect. I just don't agree with vaguely revealing anything about upcoming changes in a game which already requires months to accomplish anything.
I don't think that's devs/mods I feel as if this comes from corporate more. On the dev side I understand not announcing things until they are concrete or up and running. And I agree, I can't see player playing at the highest level with out info from the forums/Reddit.
