We need a DPS toon that does triple damage against toons with tenacity up. Best candidate here would probably be a bounty, jango, or Aurra.

But before he brings balance to the force, he joins them and does triple damage if he has tenacity up. Then years later he gets the rework to destroy tenacity up.
