AAT Raid Gear in Guild Shipments

I am unaware why this has not been done already. Most of us are not able to fully upgrade our characters without purchasing gear from shipments. If and when will the AAT Exclusive gear be added ...

...Or by the time an entire guild levels up the four or five teams to gear 10 / 11 and can finish the only end game heroic raid, they don't need the gear.

I approve this suggestion. If it's random and rare it will still encourage impatient folks to buy....and the gear is in the fleet shipments so why not?
