Ability block the strongest skill?

Nothing else shuts down most characters as well as ability block. It prevents all the tenacity, buff block, dispels, etc that make a lot of the newer characters so strong.

That's what gives Vader usefulness outside of his specials. Jedi can't resist or avoid his basic, and it lands reliably on others. I have used it to stop STH from taunting, Anakin from using his AOE, and to subdue Lando many times.
