Ability Material Omega

Question

Why have this unlock at lvl 80 when ability upgrades start using it at lvl 76?

Could we have the Omega ability material start dropping for completed dailies post 70?

Why have an ability unlock at a level then be unable to obtain the material needed to upgrade?

Let's get this retooled to make it consistent.

I totally agree. There are even items, "mk 10 taggeco Hololens salvage" that I need for asajj ventress to go up to level 9 gear but it shows nowhere that I can obtain it. Makes no sense. I think the gear portion of the game is too convoluted and should be simplified.
