I think some people need to get a grip here.
-A small number of players mistakenly bought a chromium.
-Of that group, a very small number got a good drop from it. The rest got some shard shop currency (so who cares if they get it for “free”).
-Out of that group, a small subset will be contacting “help” for a refund. We don’t care about the rest because they paid for the card anyway.
-Of that small subset, some will successfully navigate the cumbersome maze of confusion and incompetence that is the “help” dept. and get a refund of 350 crystals.
It’s honestly not worth getting bent out of shape over. If you’ve ever dealt with “help” before, you’ll realize that the 350 crystals is the least they deserve for the time and aggravation involved.
