After losing 1500 crystals the other day I was livid. I know I didn’t buy anything, and yet my crystals were gone. But now I know what happened and I’m really hoping this gets fixed. Underneath the credits gear there are 2 crystal shipments. If your screen happens to be scrolled up enough when you click to purchase it will pick up the crystal items in leu of the credit items. Now this can be considered fat fingered/not paying attention/touch calibration issue/etc. But there needs to be either blank space under these items or a “confirm” button for crystal purchases. It is way to easy for this to happen and with their f you pay me policy there is no refund. Some could easily argue this is intentional to bate folks into unintended purchases. Especially now with the credit gear being surrounded by crystal purchases. I believe it was mentioned that there will be drops for characters players need (I forget how this was worded in the update/post). But all I usually see is RC shards and I’ve had that at 7* since exe first dropped.Please try to get this brought to the attention of the decision makers. I would hope this wasn’t done with the intent on bating the players. But if it’s not addressed then it would really appear that way.

Personally regardless on whether it’s the game or the player to blame, I think we can all agree that crystal purchases shouldn’t be in that store in the first place. Make it credit only purchases and make a larger array of possible buys. Doesn’t need to break the game but 2-5 new shop windows would be nice with a chance of buying 2-3 kyrotech or something.

Whoever announced and deployed this store change did a poor job. That's been admitted by Crumb and Doja. And it's still not fully implemented. Maybe eventually it'll be something really awesome that we all never knew we wanted but I'll believe that when I see it.
