Unfortunately that's not a swgoh.gg issue. Which Zetas/Omis are applied isn't available in the data CG gives them.
But .gg does have that data elsewhere. They have simply chosen not to marry the two together.
How do you resolve the issue of roster at time of player lock?
Might be off a little, since they only poll each player once daily. But they could show a slightly different icon if they aren't 100% sure that the omicron/zeta had been applied before lock.
