Account Deletion - Community Manager Please Help!

@CG_Tusken_Meathead please help! 

My 9.7 mil account that I've had for over 5 years was "permanently deleted" and EA help won't help. They claim its permanently deleted and there is nothing they can do, but my account has synced with swgoh.gg since being "deleted" and its still in my guild and I have several guildmates to confirm its presence. So its still salvageable. After several bouts with EA help, I asked for their supervisor, because I do not accept their premise that the account is lost. Apparently, the EA help supervisors are not available by chat, email or phone and the customer service rep recommended reaching out to you for help. GL Leia is a character I've wanted to get for so long now and I really want to unlock her! My ally code is 268-951-863 and I can provide my player ID in a DM if helpful.

All these screenshots were taken after multiple reps have claimed my account was deleted. Note the swgoh.gg sync time; that screenshot was approximately 12 hours after I lost access to my account.

    And if it’s any consolation… I think k recall seeing a similar post a few months ago, and they were able to recover. Good luck!

    Unfortunately, community managers can't help you

    Only customer support can (which you have correctly contacted)

    Is there anything I can say to them to get them to understand? I know my account isnt deleted, as you can see, but they won't even accept that premise? I'm hoping someone who understands the game may be able to add a little push to get to the answer.
