Obviously something given the changes that should not happen anymore. Give me the ability to know who is doing it. There ruining the fun for the 90 percent of the people in my guild doing things correct.

Do you have use of bots in your guild discord? Add the C3PO bot and there is a command to see who preloads in a particular zone. It's not perfect as it seems like it doesn't work if you wait hours after a zone is cleared.
