Hellon I logged on today and for some reason it restarted my account in level 2 now how do I get my account back!!

If you saved it with Google Play or Game Center you should just be able to log into it in the app. It will give you the option to stay with what you have or load your saved game.
If you didn't leverage either of those if you have a screenshot of your player ID customer service may be able to help you.
