Account missing

Hello There. My SW:GoH account is missing due to my device being reset. My account was not linked to Google Play or Facebook, however I have access to my Player ID and Ally Code. Is there any way at all for me to recover my account? It'll be really unfortunate if I can't as I have years of progress on that account.

    There might be a support link somewhere.
  • I highly recommend you link the account to a Facebook or Google play for this reason. I've been on the same account across 3 different phones without issue. All I do is login in to my Google play on new device, install swgoh and I can play my account.

    Ah, that is unfortunate. I have read that even without your account linked to any service it is still possible to recover your account. I'm afraid that is a lie, as I have been waiting for more than 4 hours on EA Support, with it just telling me to wait approximately 22 minutes for an advisor to see my case. Also around that time I have contacted the in-game help with no response as of now.
