Account Ban

After playing on my account for over 6 years, and building it to over 9 mil GP with 7 Galactic legends, I tried to log in yesterday and I received a message saying my account has been banned due to repeat offences. I understand there are some members who have found ways to cheat the game or gain crystals without earning them, but I have never made ANY attempt to cheat nor have I been involved in any form of negative behaviour. I’m just trying to understand how this could come about, is it a game error? Has somebody lodged a complaint about me after a GAC round? EA says to contact the DEVs on the forums but it appears the relevant ones are not active here. If there is anyone that is capable of following this up it would be greatly appreciated, my ally code is 387811757.
