The problem is that with the delete function you deleted your account info from play store. The only way would be to get in touch with Google play support and see if they have backups or a way to link your account back to Google Play but I am sorry to say, I don't think they will be able to help you. But you can at least try.

Thank you for your suggestion. I contacted Google Play support. Their answer was "It seems like your issue is related to the app itself. The best way to resolve your issue is to contact the app developer directly."
