Accuracy arrow mods
What is the point of accuracy arrow mods ? Does anyone use one in any of their characters ?

I do think a really slow ROLO zeta with high tenacity and stacked + offense could be good with an accuracy arrow.
She keeps resisting debuffs. Stacks offense%. Finally unleashes her AOE which gets benefit if hits same target twice.
Just a method making the mechanic useful.
