Accuracy mod needs to be moved.

And for that matter the critical avoidance as well. With the state of the game that it is in sadly speed is so over powered we are forced to use it and can't utilize these potential mods to our advant...

Don't disagree but moving them will not add more strategy/customizing. It will just make them accessible. Everyone will use accuracy mods then and most will use crit avoidance.

Right now you are forced to make a choice.
I am actually working on a team that will use accuracy arrows for some of them.

It doesn't make you choose that's the point....
