This increase makes sense to me, we had a leak that came true that ended with another capital ship around the corner (Nihilus supposedly, but I can see that being changed)
If we are getting a new meta capital ship, I can see the need to increase to 3 defenses, and why they introduced two tanks for FO and Raddus to round those two fleets up
