Before it takes a turn. Sometimes after Exec takes a turn, but sometimes before. Problem is just because I go second doesn't mean I need to open with heal instead of aoe. RNG determines turn order, and determines if my RC gets Mark, and determines if a Marked RC cleanses itself.
