I am saying that I don't always heal when I go second, yes. I have found that the win rate is the same whether I heal or aoe.

Last of all - what did you mean by “RNG determines if a marked RC cleanses itself?” If you are - as I suspect - trying to apply breach with RC on a ship with Tenacity up, you can hardly blame RNG for that.

At least on the last bit, if Tenacity Up’s still up and RC’s not cleansed then you’d have to have used Exec’s basic. I think it just means that RC’s breach can be resisted normally (and thus no cleanse and thus still marked RC).
