Adelphi character quest
Hi,
In french we've got Nevarro, plan déjoué 10 times.
But i don't know what character has this buff or debuff.
Can you help me ?

you can search for the buff/debuff in the character search screen
I'm assuming that the buff is Outmaneuver, here are a few ways you can get it:
1. Hondo Ohnaka, with the first special ability2. Darth Jar Jar, with the first special ability
3. Chopper + Adelphi Ranger (use Chopper first special ability, only works if your Adelphi Ranger has a level 5 Unique, do this in the marquee event)
4. Han's Millenium Falcon, with the first special ability (the JKL event has a tier where you must use this ship)
